Life@Max

TRAINING

Max Oil hosted Vahe Ayvazyan, a coach with versatile and long-term training experience. The topic of training is the development of leadership skills, including:
  • improving the basic qualities of leadership
  • application of effective methods of communication and motivation
  • improvement of decision-making and objection management skills,
  • strategic planning and development of management skills.
By investing in the professional development of our employees, we not only expand their skills but also strengthen our commitment to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.

Coffee degustation

The coffee degustation organized by the company allowed us to understand the characteristics of different varieties of coffee, and the ways of its processing and roasting, as well as allowed discovering the best coffee blend for the Armenian consumer. Max Coffee's high-end coffee is now available in all Max Cafes adjacent to our filling stations.

Visit to Armenian universities

We closely cooperate with a number of RA universities in order to discover young talents and introduce them to the company's jobs.  Max Oil staff visited Yerevan State College of Technology and had a meeting with students. During an interactive conversation, students learned about our brand, tried our candies and took part in a quiz.
